Parametric Optimization of Mass Deposition of Electroless Ni-W-P Coating Using Central Composite Design

چکیده

In this study we consider copper sample as a substrate under which the Electroless Ni-W-P coatings were established and successfully deposited. The three factor was taken into consideration, i.e. concentration of Nickel Sulphate, Sodium Hypophosphite Tungstate Dihydrate. Central Composite Design modelling done with help total 20 runs that conducted in design, mass deposition per unit area response parameter. optimized evaluated from Experiments based on design. From where examined individual levels coatings, ANOVA, Examination Normal Plot Residual, Predicted Actual plot Second order 3-D Contour showing interaction for Response Surface Mass Deposition Unit Area.It found as-coated value has significant process parameters, is linear nature it highest 134.055×10-4 gm/cm2.
